Paprika is the axis, the source of inspiration, the basis of our culinary culture. Brought back from South America (like potatoes, tomatoes, corn) it grows well in the sierras like those of Isabella the Catholic but also that of Hungary: the Puszta. We take great care in choosing the sweet paprika from our producer in Baja, the world capital of the said paprika, in order to concoct for you the famous Hungarian comfort food, the best of Central Europe and therefore of the world. Warning: vitamin C in Montmartre!
